On the basis of mutual respect, mutual benefit and equality, Mandalay University of Foreign Languages, The Republic of the Union of Myanmar and Guangxi University for Nationalities, The People's Republic of China agree on the cooperative relation on the
following issues:
1. Teacher Exchange
2. Students Exchange
3. Exchange of Books, Institutional Publications, Scientific & Academic Information
4. Exchange Visits of University Delegations
5. The agreement, which shall be valid for 3 years, is signed on the date of 27 th June 2014 at Mandalay University of Foreign Languages, The Republic of the Union of Myanmar, and shall come into effect on the signatures of the two parties. During the implementation, both parties might make specific cooperative details according to the concrete condition.
6. Any matters to be solved arisen from the implementation and interpretation of this agreement shall be settled through negotiation.
7. The agreement is written in Chinese, English and Myanmar. If there is any divergence between them, English text shall prevail.
